By incorporating the ankle strap, swimmers can control the board without gripping by just putting their hands between the strap and kickboard, creating a perfect alignment from the finger tips to the toes.

By being shorter, the 3 in 1 Alignment Kickboard puts less pressure on the shoulders as compared to standard kickboards. Finally, you can remove the ankle strap and put it around your ankles to immobilise the legs in Pull Drills.
