The Kick trainer assists ankle recovery from breaststroke kick and adds resistance to abdominal muscles during dolphin kick
The Kick trainer’s are available in five resistance levels.
Level 1 SILVER: Beginner and children: 1.3 – 3.6 kg of pull
Level 2 YELLOW: Advanced beginner and children: 2.2 – 6.3 kg of pull
Level 3 GREEN: Youth: 3.6 – 10.8 kg of pull
Level 4 RED: Professionals: 5.4 – 14.1 kg of pull
Level 5 BLUE: Elite athletes: 6.3 – 15.4 kg of pull
