YEOVIL & DISTRICT SWIMMING CLUB KIT CHECK LIST

Swimmers should arrive with the following equipment properly adjusted, named and in good working order prior to the start of each session. At the end of the Kit list’s you will find a selection of recommended training products! Remember when you shop at ProSwimwear, through the Yeovil link then, Yeovil & District Swimming Club will receive a commission from ProSwimwear on all purchases made!


Basic equipment required for training:

• Well-fitting goggles (preferably 2 pairs)

• Swimming Hat

• Snorkel (nose clip maybe required by some swimmers)

• Kick float

• Fins

• Pull Buoy

• Kit Bag

• Drinks Bottle (filled preferably with water or squash)

• Swimming Costume or trunks

• Towel

 

Extra kit for Potential and Performance Squads:

• Finger paddles

• Hand paddles

• Thera band

 

Competition Equipment:

• Racing costume and trunks

• Spare costume (for emergencies)!

• 2 x towels

• 2 x pairs of goggles

• YDSC swimming kit to be worn at all times

• At least two drinks bottles (700ml+)

• At least two drinks bottles (700ml+)
