How do I contact ProSwimwear?
Whether you’re looking for help with a product, have a query regarding an order or looking for sizing advice, we offer a number of ways in which you can get in touch with us:

Our customer service team are available Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 UK time. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.
Please be advised, due to the global pandemic we are operating on skeleton staffing levels. There may be delays with responding, but we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is your loyalty points scheme? How does it work?
For every £GBP pound spent, shoppers with a registered ProSwimwear account will automatically have 1 point added to their account. 1 point is worth 1 penny and can be used as payment towards future orders!

What is your price match service? How does it work?
Here at ProSwimwear we’re confident our prices are the lowest, we will not be beaten on price! If you find a product available elsewhere for cheaper, we will not only match it

What are the delivery options?
You can find our delivery information here.

Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, an email dispatch notification will be sent to you. This will provide the shipping information, including which carrier your order is being sent with and also the tracking code. You can then use one of the below links to track your parcel.

Please note your tracking will not be available immediately after dispatch. The first update will log once the carrier has collected your item and it begins its movements through their network.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday 08.30 to 15.00 UK time. We aim to dispatch within 24 working hours of receiving your order, however during busier periods expedited and next day delivery orders will be processed and dispatched with priority.

UK – 1 to 5 working days.
Europe – 5-7 working days.
Rest of the world – 5-10 working days.

These timeframes are estimates and will depend on the shipping method chosen and does not include any possible delays due to customs in your country.

Payment Questions

What currency will I pay for my order in?
We accept payments in almost all currencies available. Simply select the currency you wish to pay with in the ‘currency selection dropdown box’ at the top right of the page, proceed to checkout and pay in the currency you desire.

When do I pay for my order?
Providing your order is not marked as a ‘pre-order’, you will pay for your order immediately upon checkout. If ‘Telephone Orders’ is selected, you are required to call us on +44 (0)1278 550640 to process your payment via telephone.

Will there be any customs or taxes to pay?
Possibly. This will depend on the order value and the destination country’s goods import rules. The customer is fully responsible for paying all applicable taxes directly to the relevant authority (and for reclaiming them in the event of a cancellation of your order or the return of products, to the extent permitted in these terms) as determined by the authorities of the shipping destination country. All Countries outside the United Kingdom are liable for customs charges. We do not take any responsibility for additional duties or taxes levied on orders.
